Share a clip of a call
A link that opens the transcript with the audio queued to the second you chose. Expires, and can be revoked.
The quickest way to make a point is to let someone hear it. From any call, Share creates a public link that needs no login.
What the person sees
- The transcript, speaker by speaker, with the player queued to the start point you picked — the exact moment, not the whole call.
- The call’s time, direction and duration, and the one-paragraph summary. Nothing else from your workspace.
Expiry and revoking
- Links expire after 30 days by default; set anything from 1 to 365 when you create one.
- Revoke a link at any time from the call. It stops working immediately.
Who can shareAnalyst role and above. Agents can hear their own calls but cannot create public links.
