Credits: what costs one and what happens at zero
One credit is one call fully processed. Reads are free. Syncing never stops.
Credits are how we count AI work. Everything you look at — dashboards, transcripts, saved answers — is free to read, always.
What costs credits
- Processing a call: 1 credit on the Standard tiers, 2 if either transcription or analysis is set to Precise, 3 if both are.
- Asking a question in the workspace: 1 credit per answer (2 on Precise analysis).
- A discovery run: 5 credits.
- Re-reading old calls for a new question: 1 credit per 10 calls, minimum 1.
- Onboarding, dashboards and widgets, digests and sheet mapping: 0.
Where they come from
- Your plan grants credits each billing cycle. They reset; they do not roll over.
- Top-up packs are one-time, never expire, and are spent only after the month’s plan credits are gone.
- The trial starts with 100.
At 20%, and at zero
You get an email at 20% left and another at zero. At zero, syncing carries on exactly as before: new calls arrive, are stored, and wait as “pending credits”. The moment the cycle resets or a top-up lands, the queue drains itself. Asking a question at zero shows a top-up prompt instead of an answer, and keeps your question so you can send it again.
See the ledgerSettings → Usage & billing shows the balance, what this cycle was spent on, every charge with the call or question it paid for, and the plan and top-up buttons.
