Connect a Google Sheet of recording links
Any system that can write a row with a link to the audio can be a source. You confirm the column mapping once.
If your calls live somewhere we do not integrate with yet, the Google Sheet source is the bridge: one row per call, one column holding a link to the recording. Zapier, Make, n8n or a nightly export can all write that sheet.
Steps
- Settings → Sources → New source → Google Sheet. Sign in with Google; we ask for read access to Sheets and Drive only.
- Pick the spreadsheet and the tab.
- We read the header row and a few sample rows and propose a mapping: which column is the recording link, which is the caller, the time, the agent, the revenue. Check it, change anything wrong, confirm.
- Syncing begins from the top of the sheet and keeps a row cursor, so new rows at the bottom are picked up on every sync.
Rules that keep your data safe
- We hash the header row when you confirm the mapping. If someone later renames or reorders a column, the source pauses as “needs remap” rather than mis-reading your calls.
- A row that fails to parse is quarantined and shown to you; it is never silently dropped.
- The cursor only moves past rows that were actually processed.
- Dates are read in the format your sheet uses — day-first, month-first and ISO are all recognised.
Recording links
A Google Drive link works with the same Google sign-in. Any other public or signed URL that serves an audio or video file works too; we download it, convert it and treat it like any other recording.
