What a credit buys
The Standard tiers are the default. Precise transcription (better speaker separation, mixed-language calls) and Precise analysis cost more per call, and you choose them per workspace.

Questions people ask before they sign up
- What is a credit, exactly?
- One credit is one call fully processed: transcribed with the speakers separated, then read against the questions you confirmed. Calls that fail to transcribe are not charged.
- What happens when I run out?
- Syncing never stops. New calls keep arriving and are queued as “pending credits”; they are analysed automatically the moment your cycle resets or you top up. Everything you already have stays readable — dashboards, transcripts and saved answers are never paywalled.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up packs are yours until you use them, and they are spent only after the month's plan credits are gone.
- What does the trial include?
- Fourteen days with 100 credits, 15,000 calls synced, five sources, three seats and two workspaces. No card is needed to start.
- How do I pay, change plan or cancel?
- By card, through Stripe. Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve from Settings → Usage & billing in your workspace.
