Follow-ups

Every promise made on a call becomes a task with a due date, linked to the call and the person.

When a caller is told “we’ll ring you back” or asks to be called on a date, the follow-up block catches it and the Follow-ups page lists it — who, when, and the call it came from, one click from the moment it was said.

Working the list

  • Tasks have a title, a note, a due date, and a link to the call and the contact.
  • Mark one done, or change its status and due date, from the row.
  • Add a task by hand from any call or contact.
  • Each task offers an .ics file and Google/Outlook links, so it can live in your calendar.

The overview flags follow-ups that were promised and not made, ranked by how old they are, because a call back that is three days late is a lost call with extra steps.
