Discovery: finding the questions you did not think to ask
A 25-call sample, read for patterns your schema is not catching. Runs weekly, or whenever you ask.
Your schema answers the questions you knew to ask. Discovery looks for the ones you did not. It samples 25 recent transcripts, reads them alongside your current questions, and proposes new ones with the evidence that prompted each.
When it runs
- Weekly, automatically, with the results waiting in your suggestions inbox.
- On demand, from the schema page in settings.
What you do with a proposal
- Accept it, and it joins the schema as a new version. New calls answer it from then on.
- Accept it and backfill, and older calls are re-read for that question too. Backfill costs one credit per ten calls, because the transcripts already exist.
- Dismiss it. It will not be proposed again.
CostA discovery run is 5 credits. The weekly run is charged like a manual one and stops when you have no credits, like everything else that reads calls.
